razza puts its ready-made messages on your number, and Meta reviews each one before it can go from there. The WhatsApp number tab shows where each message stands, and you can rewrite any of them in your own words.

Watch how it is done

Under Messages approved by Meta, each message shows its Arabic and English apart: approved, in review, or not approved. An approved message goes from your number. Meta usually reviews each one within 24 hours.

Under While Meta reviews a message, the owner makes one choice for every message that is not approved on your number yet:

  • Send it by email: booking notifications go by email to customers who have one, and are not sent while Email when WhatsApp can't send is off. Other messages, such as invoices and payment links, are not sent. This is the starting choice.
  • Don't send it: customers do not get it, and razza does not send it later.
  1. Open Settings and the WhatsApp number tab.
  2. Select Edit beside the message.
  3. Choose the language, then change the text.
  4. Add customer details, such as the first name or the date, with the field buttons.
  5. Select Send to Meta for approval.

Each language goes to Meta on its own, so send both if you change both. Your current message keeps going out until Meta approves the new wording.

To go back to razza’s message, open it, pick the language and select Use razza's wording. It takes effect straight away, as long as razza’s wording is approved on your number.

  • No links or phone numbers typed in the text. The payment link comes from its own field, other links sit in the message’s buttons, and customers can reply to the message.
  • The text can’t start or end with a field, each field appears once, and fields need words around them.
  • Up to 1,024 characters.
  • The buttons stay as they are.
  • Some messages must keep a field, such as the payment link, and the editor marks it as required.

If Meta does not approve your wording, the editor shows why when you open the message, and the message that was going out keeps going.
