Add your services

Before you can take bookings, add your services and set the price and the duration of each one.

Steps

1. Open Services and select Add Service.
2. Enter the service name in Arabic and English.
3. Choose the Pricing Type, then enter the price or the Pricing Options.
4. Set the duration in minutes.
5. Turn on Require a reference photo if customers who book on your booking site must attach a photo.
6. Select Create.

Once the service is added

It appears in the list, and becomes bookable once you assign it to your team. The duration is how much of that person’s time the appointment takes.

razza adds the service to the branch selected at the top. With All Branches selected, it adds a separate copy to every branch unless you choose one branch in the Branch field.

The three pricing types

If your business is registered for VAT, the price you enter already includes it.

• Fixed Price: one price for everybody.
• Starting From: the customer sees the starting price. Before checkout, your team confirms the agreed price on the booking page, and it can’t be lower than the starting price.
• Variable Pricing: you name an option per price and the customer picks one. Editing the service leaves the price field locked, because the prices live under Manage Pricing. See pricing options.

Changing a price or a duration later

Bookings already taken keep the price and the length they were sold at, even when your team edits them afterwards. New figures apply to bookings made from then on.

Deleting is not hiding

Deleting removes the service from the portal and from your booking site, and bookings that used it stay as they are. To keep it for your own team, hide it from the booking site instead.
