razza cannot connect you to ZATCA until your business address and Arabic legal name are complete, or report any tax invoice until the address is. It sends the address with every invoice it reports, puts the Arabic legal name on every tax invoice as the seller’s name, and sends your business type to ZATCA when you connect.

Watch how it is done

  1. Open Settings, then the E-invoicing (ZATCA) tab.
  2. Pick every type that applies to your business. Each pick saves on its own.
  3. In Arabic legal name, write your business name exactly as on your commercial registration, then select Save legal name.
  4. Fill in all five address fields: building number, postal code, street, district and city.
  5. Select Save address.

A confirmation appears. razza uses the address and the Arabic legal name on your next tax invoice, and the business type when you connect. If you pick no type, razza uses a default one.

If your business has more than one branch, the top of the tab shows Applies to all branches. You enter one legal name and one address here for the whole business, and razza sends them with the invoices of every branch.

The building number is four digits and the postal code five; Arabic or English digits both work. razza refuses any other length and, once you are connected, an empty field.

razza refuses an Arabic legal name with any letters that are not Arabic and, once you are connected, an empty one.

Connecting also needs your VAT number, commercial registration number, the legal name razza holds for you, and the address printed on your invoices. You cannot change these here, so ask razza to correct any that is wrong. Saving here does not change the printed address.

An invoice razza tried to report before your address was complete shows Failed, with a reason saying your address is incomplete. Complete the address first. If Send invoices to ZATCA automatically is on, razza usually resends the invoice on its own. To send it now, or if you send invoices yourself, choose Submit to ZATCA on that invoice in E-Invoices.

If the tab is missing, your business is registered as tax exempt, or your account lacks the permission above.
