Feature a service

You can feature up to three services at a time, and your booking site lists them ahead of your other services.

Steps

1. Open Services.
2. Select the star (Feature this service) beside the service.
3. To remove it later, select the star again (Remove from featured).

Once featured

The star fills and Featured appears beside the service’s name on your Services page. Your booking site shows the same badge and puts featured services at the top of your services list.

Limits

razza counts the three across your whole business, not per branch. To feature a fourth, remove one first.

If you have more than one branch and cannot see the three, choose All Branches at the top of the portal, because the Services page lists only the selected branch’s services. If you are a team member, you see only your own branch’s services, so ask the owner to remove one.

A service marked Not on booking site or Hidden cannot be featured, so razza greys out its star. Hiding a featured service either way removes its Featured mark. To feature it again, first switch off Hide from the booking site in the service if it is marked Not on booking site, and select the eye icon (Show service) if it is marked Hidden.
