Sell services as a package

A package is several services you sell together for less, at a percentage off or a package price you set. Either way, razza keeps the deal as a percentage off each service, so repricing a service reprices the package for new bookings.

Steps

1. Open the Services page and choose Packages.
2. If you are asked for a branch, choose the one this package is for.
3. Choose Add package.
4. Name the package in English and Arabic; English is required.
5. Under Discount, enter the percentage off, or select ﷼ (Amount in riyals) and enter the package price.
6. Under Services in this package, pick at least two services.
7. Choose Add package again to save.

Pricing by amount

When you enter a package price, razza works out the percentage that lands exactly on it, and shows it under the field.

razza does not accept a price at or above the services’ full prices added together. If no percentage lands exactly on your price, the form offers the nearest prices that do, for you to pick.

Pricing by amount is off for a package with a Variable Pricing or Starting From service, because its price depends on the option picked or the price agreed, so you set its discount as a percentage.

After saving

Your customers find it on your booking site under Packages. On a new booking or one being edited, your team picks it under Packages in an empty service row, or chooses Add Service or Package to add a row for it. razza adds all its services at the package price.

What the customer pays

razza takes the package percentage off each service’s list price, off the chosen option’s price where a service has pricing options, or off the agreed price of a Starting From service. It replaces any discount those services carry, never adding to it.

An add-on on one of its services takes the package percentage off only if Apply the service discount is on for it, and razza charges it on top of the package price; the package’s crossed-out price is its services’ full prices alone.

Can a booked package change?

A package is booked whole. Removing one of its services, on your booking site, in the booking form or on the booking page, removes all of them.

On the booking page, choose Remove package (the trash bin) on any of the package’s services and confirm. razza takes the package and its add-ons off the booking’s total. After checkout, razza first shows what goes back to the customer and asks for a reason. The button does not appear while the package is all the booking holds, or in the other cases under removing a service.

You cannot swap one service inside a booked package. To change it, add the services you need at their usual prices, then remove the package. Moving the booking keeps the price the package was booked at.

Start times

Once you pick services, the package form shows How often this package can be started, which sets the gap between the start times your booking site offers for the package.

If a package does not appear

On your booking site, a package shows only while every service in it does and none is priced Starting From. Your team can still book such a package. No package shows on the site while Packages is off under Section Visibility.

The booking form offers only the packages of the branch chosen at the top, so choose the package’s branch, not All Branches.

Pausing it

To pause a package, switch it off in the list. It leaves your booking site and your team’s booking form, and keeps its name, services and discount.
