Loyalty

نقاط ولاء مكافآت points loyalty

Loyalty gives customers points on what they spend, to redeem as a discount later. One program covers all your branches, and customers can use their points at any of them.

Watch how it is done

  1. Open Loyalty and turn on Enable program.
  2. Set how many points a customer earns for every ﷼ 1 spent, and optionally a different number for online bookings.
  3. Set how many points a customer pays for ﷼ 1 off.
  4. Set Minimum to redeem.
  5. Set Welcome bonus if you want one.
  6. Set Points expiry in days, or leave it empty so points never expire.
  7. Turn on Staff redeem at checkout.

Each number saves when you leave its field, unless it is below the minimum, such as 0 days. Then select Generate loyalty terms and publish the terms it writes.

Customers earn at checkout, on the total after any discount and before VAT. If you set a number for online bookings, razza uses it for every booking a customer made on your booking site, and the standard number for bookings your team created. Leave that field empty and razza uses the standard number for every booking.

Each customer, regulars included, gets the welcome bonus once, at their first checkout after you set it, even if that checkout earns nothing. Correct a customer’s Points balance from Adjust points on their profile. Customers can check their points by signing in to the booking site and opening their profile.

At checkout, owners and staff with the loyalty permission see Redeem loyalty points once staff redemption is on and the customer has points. If the customer has already paid part of the total, such as a deposit, points can cover only the rest.

Cancel the booking, or select Refund on it, and razza returns the points spent and takes back what it earned, up to the balance left. The welcome bonus stays. Remove a service or package from the booking after checkout, and razza takes back its share of the points the booking earned, up to the balance left, but returns none of the points spent. Returning one payment with the circular arrow beside it leaves points as they are, so correct them with Adjust points if needed.

The whole balance expires after that many days without earning. Every checkout that earns points restarts the count; a manual adjustment does not. The count also restarts for every customer when you set expiry, change the number of days, or switch a paused program back on, so nobody loses points sooner than the full period after the rule last changed. Nothing expires while the program is paused. Customers get no expiry warning, so keep the rule in your terms.
