Hide a service from your booking site

You can hide a service from your booking site and keep it available for your team to book from the portal.

Steps

1. Open Services and select the pencil icon (Edit service) beside the service.
2. Switch on Hide from the booking site.
3. Select Update to save.

Once hidden

Customers no longer see the service on your booking site and cannot book it there, but your team still finds it in the booking form. Bookings already made stay as they are. In the Services list, razza marks the service Not on booking site.

The switch hides the service at one branch, the one shown under Branch in the form. If you offer the service at several branches, hide it at each one.

How is this different from the eye icon?

The eye icon (Hide service) in the Services list is a different option. It takes the service off your booking site and out of your team’s booking form as well, and marks it Hidden.

What happens to packages that include it?

A package shows on your booking site only while every service in it does, so hiding one service takes every package that includes it off the site. Your team can still book that package from the booking form.

Can a service off your booking site be featured?

No. When you hide a featured service, razza removes its Featured mark. To feature it again, switch off Hide from the booking site first, then feature it.
