Analytics shows how your business performed over a period you choose: bookings, revenue, occupancy, and the services asked for most.

Watch how it is done

  1. Open Analytics.
  2. Press Hidden to show the amounts; razza hides the revenue totals each time you open the page.
  3. Choose the period you want to read.
  4. Pick what to compare it against in Compare: Previous Period, Same Period Last Year, or No Comparison.

Revenue & occupancy by staff member, year over year: in the Azm and Qimma plans.

Consolidated analytics across branches: in the Azm and Qimma plans.

Revenue on this page is the value of the services booked in the period, not the money you received. razza leaves out of both bookings and revenue every booking that is cancelled, marked a no-show, or still waiting for its online payment (Pending payment), so the figures can read lower than the bookings list. Only Bookings by Day still counts them. A booking checked out with money still owed, which the portal shows as BNPL, does count here.

Under Total Bookings, razza shows how many of those bookings your customers made on your booking site, and their share of the total. The line does not appear when none came from the booking site.

Occupancy % is the share of your bookable team’s scheduled working hours that bookings fill. razza counts each team member’s bookings only inside their own working hours, counts the time two of their bookings overlap once, and never shows more than 100%. It works this out the same way as on the home page.

If razza has switched on product sales for your business, the Product sales card shows what your business sold in the period, less any refunds on those sales. razza does not count product sales in revenue, bookings, or any team member’s figures on this page.

If you have more than one branch, as the owner you see the branch selected at the top of the page, or every branch when you choose All Branches. A team member sees their own branch only.

If you have not turned on Can view the whole team's bookings for a team member, they see only the bookings assigned to them, and the All Staff picker does not appear. If you have not turned on Can view prices for them, they do not see revenue or the Product sales card.

Analytics counts the value of bookings; reconciliation counts the money you actually took. A finished booking the customer has not paid yet appears in Analytics and not in reconciliation, and that gap is real rather than an error. To match cash, start from reconciliation.
