Change a service’s price or its duration at any time. A booking you have already taken is not affected.

Steps

1. Open Services and select the pencil icon (Edit service) beside the service.
2. Change the price or the duration in minutes.
3. Select Update to save.

A service with several prices

If the service uses Variable Pricing, its price field is locked. Change each option’s price under Manage Pricing instead, as in pricing options.

What the change applies to

razza applies a new price or duration to every booking made after you save, and to any service your team adds to a booking later.

A booking already taken keeps the price and length it was booked at, including any discount it had, even when your team moves or edits it. This still holds if you later use Hide service on the service or delete it, or switch off or delete the pricing option or add-on chosen on the booking. Your team can still move the booking to a new date or time with the same team member.

If your team changes a service on the booking to another one, or picks a different pricing option, razza uses your current prices for that choice.

Invoices already issued

Changing a service price does not change an invoice already issued; it keeps the value it was issued at.
