Service add-ons
An add-on is an extra a customer takes alongside a service, with its own price and its own minutes. You build it once on a branch, then offer it with any of that branch’s services.

- Open the services page and select Add-ons.
- If All Branches is selected at the top, choose the branch the add-on belongs to.
- Select Add.
- Fill in Add-on name (Arabic), Add-on name (English), Price and Duration in minutes. Only the English name is required.
- Turn on Apply the service discount if the add-on should get the same discount as its service.
- Select Add again to save it.
- Open each service, tick the add-on under Add-ons, then save.
Once it is attached
Section titled “Once it is attached”In the Add-ons window, each add-on names up to three of the services it is offered with, and how many more. One attached to no service yet shows Not offered with any service yet.
While an attached add-on is switched on, customers see it while choosing that service on the booking site, and your team can pick it when creating or editing a booking, and at Checkout. On the calendar, a booked service carries a badge with the number of add-ons chosen with it; select the badge to see their names.

The extra minutes
Section titled “The extra minutes”An add-on chosen when a booking is made or edited lengthens the appointment by its own minutes, so the time stays held for the whole visit. The booking site offers only the start times where the longer visit still fits. One added at Checkout is charged without lengthening anything, because the visit is already under way.
After it is booked
Section titled “After it is booked”If you later change an add-on’s price or minutes, switch it off or delete it, bookings already made keep the price and minutes they were booked with. Moving a booking to another time keeps the same figures too.
What the customer pays for an add-on
Section titled “What the customer pays for an add-on”Apply the service discount is off until you turn it on. While it is off, razza charges the add-on at its own price every time, whether its service is booked on its own or in a package.
With it on, when the service is booked on its own, outside a package, razza takes the service’s discount off the add-on too, whether that is a discount on the service or a general discount.
When the service is booked in a package, razza takes the package’s percentage off the add-on instead, as it does for the service, and neither the service’s own discount nor the general discount reaches it.
For example, take a ﷼ 50 add-on with Apply the service discount on, on a service with 30% off. With the service booked on its own, razza charges ﷼ 35 for it; with the same service in a 20% package, ﷼ 40.
razza works out an add-on’s discount when it is chosen, so one your team picks at Checkout takes whatever discount is running at checkout.
How the price shows
Section titled “How the price shows”When a discount comes off an add-on, customers choosing it on your booking site see its full price struck through beside the reduced one. The booking summary lists each add-on under its service with its own price. Inside a package, that price comes on top of the package price, which covers the package’s services only.
Anyone on your team who can see booking prices sees the same price when creating or editing a booking and at Checkout, and razza records that price on the booking.
