Change a single day
Someone is coming in late on Tuesday morning, that Tuesday only. Change the one date and the rest of their weeks stay as they are.
- Open Working Hours from the side menu, named Hours & attendance when the attendance feature is on.
- Find them under Staff schedules and select Quick change on their row.
- Move to the date you want, then click an hour to flip it between Working and Off.
Every click saves on its own, so there is no save button.
With more than one branch
Section titled “With more than one branch”Staff schedules lists the people at the branch chosen in the branch selector at the top of the portal, so choose their branch first. Team members see only their own branch.
Which setting wins
Section titled “Which setting wins”- Branch hours win. Your change applies only inside the hours the branch is open that day, and the grid locks the hours outside them. A day the branch is closed, every week or during a temporary closure such as Eid, offers nothing at all.
- The weekly schedule loses. Your change replaces it, for that one date.
- Leave wins. A day with recorded leave is read-only. Edit or delete the leave first.
A booking already made
Section titled “A booking already made”The booking stays exactly where it is. Closing its hour only stops new bookings, so cancel or move the existing one yourself.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”Today or later only. razza refuses a past date, and the grid locks the days that have gone.
Undoing one day
Section titled “Undoing one day”The reset icon appears in a day’s column header only when that day carries a change. Select Reset to Branch Defaults and the date falls back to the weekly schedule, or to branch hours.
