Your booking site

This page sets what a customer sees before they book: your logo, the cover, your photos, your description, your contact phone, which sections the page carries, and your accounts. It also holds your booking link, ready to share.

Steps

1. Open Booking Site from the sidebar.
2. Select Change Logo, or Upload Logo the first time, and pick your file.
3. Under Cover video pick a cover, or Automatic to let razza choose.
4. Under About Description select Edit, write your description in Arabic and English, then select Save Description.
5. Under Contact phone, enter the number customers can call, then select Save Phone Number.
6. Under Section Visibility switch off any section you would rather not show.
7. Select Add Social Media Link to add your accounts.

How do I add photos of my business?

Under Booking site photos, select Add photos and pick one photo or several. razza takes up to 10 photos in JPG, PNG or WebP, each 5MB or less. The photo gallery appears on your booking site once you add the first one, in the order you see on this page.

To change the order, use the two arrows under a photo to move it earlier or later. To delete a photo, select the bin under it and confirm; a deleted photo cannot be brought back.

What razza saves straight away

The logo, the cover, your photos and every section switch save the moment you set them. The description and the phone number save only when you select their own buttons, Save Description and Save Phone Number. To take the number off your booking site, save the phone field empty.

How do I share my booking link?

Your booking link sits at the top of this page. Copy copies it, QR gives you a code customers can scan that you can download or print, and Preview opens your booking site the way customers see it. On a phone, Share sends the link straight to WhatsApp or another app.

With more than one branch

Every setting on this page applies to all your branches except the contact phone, which you set for each branch. Choose the branch in the branch selector at the top of the portal before you enter its number.

Your booking link follows the same choice. With a branch chosen, the link opens that branch’s page. With All Branches, it opens a page where customers choose a branch.

Logo and cover

• razza takes a JPG or PNG of 5MB or less. A square image of at least 512×512 pixels looks best, though any shape works.
• Every plan picks a cover from razza’s videos under Cover video, or Automatic to let razza choose.

A cover of your own

Your own video as the booking-site cover: in the Azm and Qimma plans.

The razza team sets your finished business video, or a photo, as the cover. Filming and editing are not included.

• Your video appears under Cover video as Custom video, and plays when it or Automatic is picked.
• A cover photo set by razza shows instead of the video you pick.

When customers see the change

Customers see changes the next time they open the page. A link already shared on WhatsApp may keep its old preview for a while.

A service missing from your menu

Section Visibility turns a whole section on or off, never a single service. A service stays off your menu while it is inactive, hidden on the service itself, or assigned to nobody bookable at that branch. See hide a service.
