How customers buy a gift card
Customers buy gift cards on your booking site and pay for them online. razza then sends the card to the person it is for, by WhatsApp and by email, right away or on the day the buyer picks.
Watch how it is done
What the customer does
Section titled “What the customer does”Once your gift cards are on sale, your booking site shows a gift cards button. The customer opens the gift cards page and chooses an amount or a service, then a design. They enter the recipient’s name and WhatsApp number, or choose to send it to their own number, and the name the card is from. They can add the recipient’s email, a message and, if you allow it, a date and time for it to arrive. Then they sign in, agree to your terms and pay by bank card, or with Apple Pay where it is offered. The money goes to your online payments account, and razza notifies the owner of the sale.
What the recipient gets
Section titled “What the recipient gets”razza sends the recipient a WhatsApp message with a link to the card, plus an email if the buyer added one. The link shows the card, the buyer’s message and the code. While your booking site takes gift cards, it also has a button to book with you that puts the code in the booking; otherwise it tells them to show the code when they pay. The buyer can follow the card under My gift cards in their razza account, to see whether it arrived and was opened, and once it has gone out, resend it up to once an hour.
If the WhatsApp message does not arrive
Section titled “If the WhatsApp message does not arrive”The WhatsApp message counts against your monthly messages and then your WhatsApp balance. If both have run out, the recipient gets only the email, or nothing when the buyer added no email. Either way the card stays valid, so top up and resend it from Sold gift cards.
