Discount one service

You can put one service on sale for a period you set, or leave the sale running until you stop it yourself.

Steps

1. Open the service and switch on Discount this service.
2. Enter the percentage in Discount %. It must be above 0 and below 100.
3. Leave Starts empty to start now, and Ends empty to keep it running.
4. Check the new price beside Customers pay, then save.

In place of the preview, a service with several pricing options shows The discount applies to every pricing option of this service.

When the discount ends

Scheduled discounts & offers: in the Himma, Azm and Qimma plans.

• A fixed period: set an Ends date. The discount runs to the end of that day, then razza puts the service back to its full price with no action from you.
• No end date: leave the end date empty, and the discount runs until you switch off Discount this service.

For a one-day sale, set both Starts and Ends to that day.

While Discount this service is on, your general discount does not cover this service, even before the start date or after the end date. Switch it off if you want the general discount to cover it.

Once the discount starts

The Services page shows the percentage off beside the service, and your booking site shows its full price struck through beside the new one. razza applies the reduced price to bookings your team makes in the portal too. Inside a package, the package’s own discount replaces this one.

razza works the discount out when a booking is created, so each booking keeps the price it was made at. A booking made before the discount started stays at full price, and one made during it keeps the discount after it ends.

If you cannot find the discount switch

Check the service’s pricing type. If it is Starting From, a note sits in place of the switch saying the discount does not apply to this service, because you set its price on each booking.
