Working hours

ساعات دوام أوقات العمل الفتح الإغلاق hours ساعات الدوام اوقات العمل business hours opening hours

A branch’s hours set when it can be booked, so set them before you take bookings. Each branch keeps its own hours.

Watch how it is done

  1. Open Working Hours from the side menu, named Hours & attendance when the attendance feature is on.
  2. If you have more than one branch, choose it from the branch selector at the top of the portal.
  3. Select Edit Branch Hours.
  4. Choose Same every day for one window all week, or Different by day for hours per weekday.
  5. Set opening and closing, then select Save branch hours.

When every open day has the same hours, the page shows one range under Branch Hours, without the closed days. When open days differ, it shows Hours vary by day and then each day’s hours, with Closed on closed days.

From then on, razza accepts no upcoming booking at this branch outside these hours.

A day your branch never opens is marked closed, not given hours. Under Same every day pick it in Closed days; under Different by day select Open on that day’s row so it turns Closed. razza offers no booking times on a closed day, with any team member. To close only on certain dates, such as Eid, add a temporary closure.

Opening must come before closing on every day. The one exception is closing at midnight (00:00), which keeps the branch open to the end of the day.

razza saves nothing while a booking from today onward fits the current hours but would fall wholly or partly outside the new ones, or sits on a weekday you are closing. It lists those bookings under Update blocked: conflicting bookings. Only bookings that are Booked, Arriving or In Progress count. A booking already outside the current hours, on a day you are not closing, does not block the save unless more of it would fall outside the new ones. Select a booking to open that day on the Bookings page, then deal with it:

  • Move it to a day and time open under both the current hours and the new ones, because razza checks a moved booking against the hours saved now. A booking marked Day would be closed is on a day you are closing, so it needs another day.
  • If no such time exists, first save wider hours that cover both the current and the new ones, move the bookings, then save the new hours.
  • Cancel it if it will not happen. If it already happened, select Complete Service on each of its services (update a booking through the day), or mark a no-show if the customer never came.

Then select Edit Branch Hours again and enter the new hours once more, because the editor always opens with the hours already saved.

A day’s branch hours are the most anyone can be booked for that day. A weekly schedule or a single-day change can narrow them for one person, never widen them, and neither can open a day inside a temporary closure. Leave closes the person’s whole day, whatever the branch hours. To see why a time is missing, read the availability grid.
