Start times for one service
Your booking site offers each service at the start times its branch sets. A long service can have a wider rhythm of its own, which you set on the service itself. The setting applies when customers book on your booking site, and does not restrict what your team books.
When it helps
Section titled “When it helps”- Open Services from the sidebar.
- Choose the edit icon beside the service.
- Scroll to Start times for this service.
- Choose a rhythm, such as every 2 hours.
- Choose Update.
After you choose a rhythm
Section titled “After you choose a rhythm”razza shows the first three start times under the list. If the service does not end on one of those start times, razza also says how many minutes each booking leaves before the next start: a 90 minute service on hourly starts leaves 30.
Once you save, customers booking on your booking site see this service at the new times straight away, and bookings already made stay where they are. To go back to the branch’s times, choose Let the branch decide.
Why is the rhythm I want not in the list?
Section titled “Why is the rhythm I want not in the list?”The list starts at your branch’s gap and goes up to an hour, or up to the service’s own length when that is longer. It leaves out rhythms that move off the hour as the day goes on, such as 45 minutes (10:00, 10:45, 11:30). Where your branch’s own gap is 45 or 90 minutes, the list offers multiples of it instead.
Add-ons and packages
Section titled “Add-ons and packages”An add-on makes the booking longer without changing the rhythm of its start times. A package has a start-times setting of its own, so this one does not apply when the service is booked as part of a package.
If the setting is not there
Section titled “If the setting is not there”The field appears when you edit a service, not when you add one. It is also hidden when your branch’s gap is longer than an hour and longer than this service. To change that gap, see Customer booking times.
