Notifications
razza notifies you of every new booking, when a customer cancels or reschedules their own booking on the booking site, when a customer says they are on their way, when a booking is marked a no-show, when a payment is received, and when a customer replies on WhatsApp or leaves a review. Owners are also told when online payments are activated for the business, or could not be activated.
- Open the notification bell in the top bar.
- Select a notification to open the booking or page it refers to.
- Select View all notifications for the older ones.
What the unread counter does
Section titled “What the unread counter does”Opening the bell marks everything as read, so the counter clears as you look. Nothing leaves the list.
Alerts on your device
Section titled “Alerts on your device”The bell and your device are separate. Open the bell and switch on Device notifications, and razza alerts that device even while the portal is closed. It is per device, so turn it on wherever you want alerting, and your preferences decide which kinds reach it. On iPhone, add razza to the Home Screen first.
Who receives which notification
Section titled “Who receives which notification”Each person has their own list. Owners receive all of these for every branch, and a team member receives them for the bookings they are assigned to. A team member who takes no bookings receives their branch’s new bookings only if you switch on Can view the whole team's bookings for them. razza does not send the payment notification to a team member without Can view prices.
When you unassign a team member from a service, razza tells the owners and the branch’s team members who take no bookings, except you, that this team member’s upcoming bookings for that service need someone else.
When you change a booking yourself
Section titled “When you change a booking yourself”When you cancel a booking or move it to another day from the portal, razza tells the customer on the channel set in WhatsApp notifications, not your team. It does not send this notice once the booking’s date has passed. When you change only its start time and keep the same day, razza tells the owners and the team members assigned to the booking straight away. Once you stop moving it, the customer gets one message with the final time on that same channel, unless you moved it back to the time they knew or its original start has already passed.
When you change the team member, services or duration of an upcoming booking and keep its date and time, through Edit, a drag to another team member on the calendar, or removing a service, the customer gets one Booking updated message on WhatsApp once you stop editing, while that switch is on. Putting the booking back the way the customer knew it sends nothing.
