Pricing options
The pricing type decides how razza prices a service when it is booked: one fixed price for everyone, several options with their own prices, or a starting price, with the final price agreed with the customer at the branch.
Watch how it is done
- Open Services and select the pencil icon (Edit service) beside the service.
- Select Manage Pricing.
- Under Pricing Type, choose Fixed Price, Variable Pricing, or Starting From.
- For a fixed or starting price, enter the price.
- For variable pricing, add each option: enter its name in Arabic and English and its price, then select Add Option.
- Select Save.
How is each type booked?
Section titled “How is each type booked?”- Fixed Price: razza books the service at this price and applies any discount that is running.
- Variable Pricing: on your booking site the customer sees each option’s name and price and picks one, and in the booking form your team picks it under Select Pricing Option. The booking takes that option’s price, with any running discount. Until an option is picked, your booking site shows your cheapest option after “from”.
- Starting From: your booking site shows the starting price after “from”, and razza records the booking at that price. The general discount and the service’s own discount do not apply to it, and you confirm the agreed price on the booking before checkout.
Agreeing the price before checkout
Section titled “Agreeing the price before checkout”razza refuses checkout, and does not offer a payment link, while a booking has a Starting From service whose agreed price is not confirmed yet. Open the booking page, enter the price you agreed with the customer under Confirm the agreed price, then select Confirm price. It cannot be below the starting price, and only someone who can edit bookings and see prices can confirm it.
Why is the price field locked?
Section titled “Why is the price field locked?”On a Variable Pricing service, Base Price stays locked in the service editor, and razza keeps it at your cheapest active option.
Removing an option
Section titled “Removing an option”Deleting an option is final. Bookings made before you delete it keep their price, but no longer show the option’s name. To stop offering an option and keep it, set it to Inactive and select Save: it disappears from your booking site and the booking form until you switch it back.
