Invite your team

Add the people who work with you, each with an account of their own. razza sends the invitation by email, and the person chooses their own password.

Steps

1. Open Team and select Invite Team Member.
2. Enter their name, email and mobile number: 05, or a full international number.
3. Type a Job Title, or leave it blank for Specialist.
4. Leave Bookable service provider ticked for anyone who takes bookings, untick it for a receptionist.
5. Choose the Branch they will work in. Team members other than the owner can invite only to their own branch.
6. Select Send Invitation.

Once you send it

The invitation link works for 7 days. The person opens it, chooses a password and signs in. Until you give them more permissions, they see only the bookings assigned to them.

Someone who already books with you

razza recognises the mobile number or the email and shows you their account before sending. Select Link account and send invitation and they keep their booking history and their place in your customer list. razza also tells you where the invitation goes: to the address you typed, or to the one already on their account.

If razza says the account has no email address an invitation can reach, contact razza customer support to add one.

What your plan allows

If your plan sets a number of bookable service providers, every active bookable team member and every pending bookable invitation counts toward it, and so does an owner you have set up as a provider. razza counts each person once, even someone bookable both as owner and as a team member, and does not count a deactivated team member. At the limit razza refuses a bookable invitation, so invite a non-bookable role or contact razza customer support.

If the invitation does not arrive

Find it under Pending Invitations in Team, and select the paper-plane button beside their email to send it again. If the address is wrong, select Cancel invitation (the X) beside it and send a new invitation. Once the 7 days are up, send a new invitation.
