Read the availability grid

The availability grid shows the state of each of a person’s hours for seven days, starting today, and helps you find out why a time is not offered for booking.

Open Working Hours from the side menu, named Hours & attendance when the attendance feature is on. If you have more than one branch, pick the person’s branch in the branch selector at the top. Then choose Quick change on their row.

Watch how it is done

  • Working: the person works that hour, so their hours do not block a booking then.
  • Off: the time is outside that person’s hours.
  • On leave: recorded leave covers that day.
  • Branch closed: the branch is not open then, either because the hour sits outside the branch’s hours for that weekday, or because the whole day is closed: a weekday the branch never opens, or a day inside a temporary closure such as Eid.

Branch hours win. A staff schedule narrows branch hours, it never widens them, so an hour the branch is not open for stays unbookable whatever the person’s schedule says. razza locks those cells in the grid, and never offers an hour outside the branch’s window to a customer.

Inside the hours the branch is open, the order is recorded leave first, then a single-day change, then the weekly schedule. A person with no schedule of their own follows the branch’s hours.

If the person is working and the time is still not offered

Section titled “If the person is working and the time is still not offered”

Working hours are not the only condition. Your booking site offers a time only when the person provides the chosen service, and works its whole length with no other booking in it. See Assign services to your team.
