Your profile and preferences

Your preferences change how the portal looks and reads for you alone, and your theme never changes your booking site.

Steps

1. Select your photo or initials at the top of the portal to open your menu, then select Preferences.
2. On the General tab, choose your Language, Time format and Calendar interval.
3. On the Appearance tab, pick a Theme.
4. On the Accessibility tab, switch Notification sound or Reduce motion on or off.

Your menu also has Switch Language and Theme, so you can change either without leaving the page you are on.

What each choice changes

razza applies and saves each choice the moment you make it. There is no save button. Calendar interval sets how many minutes each row of the calendar covers: 15, 30 or 60. Deep and Rose are the dark themes.

On your other devices

Your theme, time format and calendar interval follow your account to any phone or computer you sign in on, while language, Notification sound and Reduce motion stay on each device, so set them on each one.

Your language and your alerts

razza sends the alerts on your phone or computer in the language you last used in the portal, so switching the portal to English switches your next alerts too. The Notifications tab decides which alerts reach your devices; see Notifications.

Change your name, email or phone

1. Open your menu and select Profile.
2. Select Edit, change your name in Arabic and English, email or phone, then select Save.

razza saves only once your name, email and phone number are all filled in. You sign in with your email or phone number, so use the new one next time. razza does not accept an email or phone number that already belongs to another account.

Your photo

You can add or change your photo on your profile, as a JPG or PNG. If customers book with you, they see it on your booking site when they choose who to book with.

Change your password

Select Sign Out in your menu, then Forgot password on the sign-in page, and enter your email. razza emails you a link to set a new password that works for one hour, so keep an email on your profile that you can open.
