A general discount

Apply one percentage across all your services in every branch, and leave out any you do not want included.

Steps

1. On the Services page, select Apply general discount.
2. Enter the percentage.
3. Leave the start date empty to begin now, and the end date empty to keep it running.
4. Apply the discount, then confirm.
5. To leave a service out, open it and switch on Never include in business-wide sales.

For a one-day sale, choose that day as both the start and the end date.

Once the discount is running

Every service the discount covers shows its reduced price, and a banner reading A discount is active sits on Home and Services with the percentage, and the end date when you set one.

You can stop the discount at any time: open Apply general discount again and turn it off there.

Bookings already made keep their price

razza works the discount out when a booking is created, not when it is paid for. A sale that starts today does not reach a booking taken yesterday: that booking keeps the price it was made at. Stopping a sale does not reprice a booking made while it was running.

Which one wins?

A discount set on the service itself wins, and the two are never added together. While Discount this service is on for a service, the general discount does not cover it, even before that discount’s start date or after its end date. Switch it off if you want the general discount to cover the service.

A package wins as well: razza applies the package’s discount to its services, never the general discount on top.

No general or per-service discount touches a Starting From service, because you set its price on each booking.

A service with several options is different. It shows “from” and its cheapest option on the booking site, and the sale comes off each option’s price.
